Examines ways in which organizations create, identify, capture, interpret, evaluate, and use knowledge for strategic advantage and mission success. Considers both micro- and macro-level knowledge structures and organizational forms, from new and joint ventures to large organizations and multiorganizational systems, such as the U.S. government and innovation clusters. Emphasizes programmatic integration across organizational dimensions as well as how to lead knowledge management initiatives.
