Provides graduate students with an integrated understanding of leadership theory and practice across multiple levels of analysis and fields of practice, including ethical and sustainable implications for leading. Readings and assignments focus students on leading and leadership development for service and for-profit organizations as well as their own development within the context of application and engagement with any group or organization.
