Catalog description

This course is an introduction to U.S. law and its legal systems. It covers sources of law, federal and state court systems, ethics, role of attorneys. Also provides a brief overview of various substantive laws including, but not limited to, constitutional, civil, and criminal laws and an overview of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
