This course introduces students to the leadership concepts and practice necessary to be a dynamic and adaptive leader in an intrapreneurial or entrepreneurial role. This course blends together leadership theory, self-reflection, and best practices and prepares students to lead effectively in the workforce during times of growth and change in dynamic and fast-paced organizational environments.
