Catalog description

This course introduces students to the application of entrepreneurial skills and mindset to address challenges and opportunities in existing business, recognize strategic opportunities, manage organizational change, and foster the growth of an innovation-based business unit or internal change initiative. This course covers the various skills business leaders must have to exercise entrepreneurial behavior in an existing organization, whether it is done by the individual or through a complex process of corporate strategies and implementation steps. These skills include design thinking, product development, financial analysis of project costs, innovation process structuring, and commercialization analysis.
