Catalog description

Designed to introduce the logic of legal reasoning and to analyze the interaction between legal and psychological thinking. Students will study the U.S. Constitution and selected major court opinions. They will examine the structure of the American adversary system, debate its strengths, and propose solutions to its problems. Prerequisite: 18 credits in FLP. Recommended: FLP 511.
