Catalog description

People are the most valuable asset of any organization, but they are also the most unpredictable and the most difficult asset to manage. This course examines the processes an organization uses to attract, retain, motivate, and develop the best people for their jobs. The course will focus on organizational recruitment, employer value proposition, retention, engagement, identification, and development of high-potential employees, succession planning, and employee development.
