Catalog description
Leaders increasingly work across national borders and in multicultural environments. A leader's effectiveness depends on being able to understand and manage individual and collective behaviors in an intercultural context. The course will address leadership practices and theories within the contexts of countries around the world. An emphasis will be placed on developing cultural intelligence, building global context, and creating cross-boundary partnerships and networks. An optional international leadership experience will apply global perspectives to leadership practices.
