Catalog description

This course offers a careful study of coaching and mentoring processes useful for empowering individuals and groups toward strategic growth. Instruction will be given on the process, approaches, benefits, and relationships of coaching. Various models of coaching will be discussed. This is an experiential course that provides students with an opportunity to learn and practice the art of conducting effective coaching conversations that can be applied to numerous workplace situations.
