Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to develop the leadership skills needed to initiate, build, evaluate, and sustain durable coalitions and community partnerships for effective collaboration. Tools and strategies that are necessary for leaders to guide a group, a team, or an organization through a collaborative process will be explored. Collaborative and ecological systems-thinking leadership perspectives will be emphasized as well as presentation and communication skills.
