This course exposes students to the essential elements of instructional leadership and prepares leaders to successfully apply the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to evaluate, develop, and implement coherent systems of curriculum, instruction, and assessment in an equitable, and systematic manner to meet the cultural, ethnic, and linguistic diversity of the school.
