Legal and Ethical Dimensions of School Leadership

This course prepares school leaders to apply educational law and advocate for ethical leadership and inclusive practices by understanding the larger moral and legal consequences of decision-making. Students will gain experience with federal, and state regulatory requirements related to students with disabilities.
