Leadership: Mission, Vision, and Impact

Catalog description

This course examines leadership styles, skills, roles, and functions of leaders of organizations. Students will gain a broad understanding of the theoretical approaches to leadership. Students will also develop a personal philosophy of leadership, including the development and evaluation of mission and vision statements.
