Catalog description
Provides the knowledge, understanding, and application of the conditions and dynamics impacting a diverse school community. Participants develop an understanding of the primary role of a school leader in building school community relations. It also emphasizes ways to involve the entire school community, to put faith in action through social justice and prayer, and to build a school's Catholic identity based on its history, traditions, and rituals. Prerequisite: admission to administration and supervision program.
