Advanced Clinical Skills Assessment Lab

Catalog description

Intended for doctoral students who have previous experience counseling clients during an approved counseling master's program. The class is designed to assess students' counseling skills to determine the level of competence and/or need for remediation. This course will provide advanced graduate students an opportunity to demonstrate and develop advanced counseling skills. Prerequisites: admission to the counselor education and supervision program and permission of faculty. A minimum grade of B is required to advance in the program.
