Catalog description

This course will provide students with knowledge of human relationships to the environment, the science behind the causes and effects, as well as mitigation efforts for major environmental issues. A range of interdisciplinary topics will be discussed, including climate change, biodiversity, conservation, agriculture, and environmental justice. Prerequisite: BIO-152 or permission of instructor.
