Catalog description

This elective for fourth year medical students provides a structured clinical experience in the field of academic hospital medicine. It is designed to be a well supervised and personalized educational experience that will serve to improve and build upon those cognitive and technical clinical skills already attained during the junior medicine clerkshop. Through this elective, the student will learn the clinical skills and attitudes essential to the practice of hospital medicine and the delivery of the highest quality patient care.
