Intermediate Spanish for Heritage Learners

Catalog description

Helps students who speak or hear Spanish at home develop confidence reading, writing, listening, and speaking Spanish as they prepare for courses at the advanced level. Emphasis on honing oral communication skills and developing the Spanish range to include formal registers. Course materials focus on issues concerning language and identity in the Hispanic world. Students may not also receive credit for SPAN 2001 , SPAN 2002 or SPAN 2003 .
