Intensive Elementary Spanish

Catalog description

Accelerated first-year Spanish course for students with two or more years of high school Spanish and placement by exam. Emphasis on communicative practice and interaction. Development of Novice High language proficiency. Students completing SPAN 1003 are eligible to enroll in SPAN 2001 or, upon receiving a grade of B+ or higher, in SPAN 2003 . Students may not also receive credit for either SPAN 1001 or SPAN 1002 .
