Catalog description

Develops and refines competencies in management of people in organizations, behavioral consultation, supervision of others and provide opportunities for students to practice behavior-change skills. Special consideration is given to designing interventions, implementing, managing and supervising applied projects. Topics include the identification and selection of problems and target populations, analysis of problems and goals, designing measurement systems, developing interventions, professional skills and disseminating outcomes to organizations.
