Principles and applications of laboratory and clinical methods in biophysics. Lab methods include mass spectrometry, IR, Raman, UV-visible, fluorescence, electron paramagnetic resonance, X-ray spectroscopy and cryo-EM. Clinical methods include MRI, X-radiography, advanced X-ray methods and nuclear imaging.
