Philosophical Methods Seminar

Catalog description

Familiarizes students with current standards of philosophical writing. Identifies exemplars in specific areas of philosophy and analyzes these exemplars to arrive at an understanding of how they instantiate general skills of philosophical writing. Also constitutes as an introduction to the theory and practice of teaching philosophy, especially at the introductory level.
