Analyzes the idea of equality in depth. Uses both historical and contemporary philosophical accounts as a lens to consider how equality should be understood, what genuine equality would require of us, and how equality relates to justice. Looks at different forms of equality and inequality in modern life, as well as the social, political and economic conditions and forces that give rise to and sustain inequality.
