Strategies for College Success

Catalog description

Designed to help meet the academic goals by engaging in learning directly related to academic schedules and curriculum. Through text readings, case studies, hands-on-practice, and guided journal writings, students develop and begin to implement steps and requisite strategies to reach those goals. In addition to classroom activities, students meet outside of class with the instructor to discuss, clarify and monitor semester goals and academic progress as well as identify additional personal steps necessary to attain academic success. S/U grade assessment. Consent required.
