Examines mediation, arbitration and mini-trials, in the context of U.S. intellectual property (IP) disputes, to include the claims and defenses relating to patent, trademark and copyright infringement and trade-secret misappropriation matters. Explores why ADR is advantageous in resolving IP disputes. Culminates in a "hands-on" mediation exercise of a patent or trademark infringement matter.
