Provides a general (i.e., not Wisconsin-specific) overview of state constitutional law, including an exploration of the differences between state and federal constitutional law. Topics include structural aspects of state constitutions as well as their protections of rights, including those that overlap with federal constitutional protections and those unique to state constitutions.
