MU4Gold Scholars Research Seminar

Catalog description

A sophomore-level seminar intended to introduce participants of the MU4Gold Scholars program to the culture of research and to valuable skills needed to become effective researchers. A one-credit, non-graded seminar that meets for 50 minutes once a week, with a section consisting of no more than 10 students. The primary objective is to guide the students in the practices that researchers use to craft their disciplinary identity and tell their research story with diverse audiences. S/U grade assessment.
