Topics include basic laboratory procedures and interpretation, bioenergetics and energy expenditure dynamics, lactate threshold, ergometers and power output, field and stress testing, mechanical efficiency, muscular strength assessment, cardiovascular dynamics, body composition and respiratory dynamics.
