With the context of current issues, the application of market concepts are used to understand institutional behavior as well as investment decisions. Ideas include historical context and application to financial and/or economic crises around the globe. Note: A student may not receive credit for ECON 4040 if taken simultaneously with or upon successful completion of ECON 4044 .
