Leadership Mentor Program

Catalog description

Students are assigned a mentor who is in an established leadership role. Students shadow that individual during scheduled opportunities during the spring and fall terms. Students document their experiences and work with their leader mentor to explore the concept of leadership and leadership styles. S/U grade assessment.
