Catalog description

Advanced techniques found in a modern neuroscience research lab, including an understanding of the theory behind each technique while gaining competency at the bench. Advanced techniques explored may include electrophysiology, HPLC, immunohistochemistry, fluorescence-based cell sorting, 2-photon microscopy, and in-vivo neural circuit manipulation strategies. Provides instruction on aseptic rodent surgical techniques and stereotaxic manipulations.
