Design and implement computer techniques for the acquisition and analysis of biomedical data and the modeling of physiologic phenomena. Emphasis on physiological data acquisition, statistical description of physiological data, time domain and frequency domain methods for physiological signal conditioning and processing and numerical methods for quantitative interpretation of physiological data using C programming language.
