Review of elementary fluid mechanics and engineering; Two-dimensional external flows, boundary layers, and flow separation; Gas dynamics and compressible flow: Isentropic flow, normal and oblique shocks, rocket propulsion; Applications of computational fluid dynamics. Topics may be modified based on faculty and student interest.
