Catalog description

In order to grow our capacity to exercise leadership, it is imperative that we understand how we are showing up in our leadership role. This course addresses this challenge head on, exploring questions including: How do I show up in the system? Which of my behaviors are productive? Counterproductive? What are my blind spots? Where am I generating dependency rather than capacity? Where and how will I focus my own developmental energy to be most generative for my growth? In this course, this development is explored by leveraging a 360 Degree Feedback process (The Leadership Circle Profile 360 Degree Feedback Tool), combined with Developmental and Somatic Executive Coaching.
