French Language and Culture II

Catalog description
Students will engage in appropriate, spontaneous conversations in specific cultural and social contexts in French, ask and answer questions, and write and interpret texts on familiar topics. Students will start with simple words and phrases, gradually building their language skills. From basic grammar and pronunciation to everyday conversations, you'll gain the tools to communicate effectively in French. Students will also investigate, discover and describe cultural aspects like traditions, customs, and daily life in the Francophone world and reflect on and compare their own cultural products, practices, and perspectives. This course is conducted in French.
