Catalog description
Clinical Entrustment III is a full-time, 10-14-week clinical experience that engages learners in physical therapy practice under the supervision of clinical faculty. Emphasis is placed on autonomous clinical decision making, ethical practice, professional behaviors, and comprehensive physical therapy management characteristic of entry-level clinicians. The learner must be able to perform all 19 Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) without the need for supervision by the end of this clinical experience. Faculty collaborate with learners who have previously met entrustment benchmarks to develop individualized learning plans that promote advanced clinical competence and professional growth.
