Catalog description

Professional Identity Formation IV is the fourth in a six-course series designed to advance DPT learners' professional identity as transformative leaders in physical therapy. DPT learners expand their skills intra- /interprofessional collaboration, including delegation, supervision, accountability, and coordination within team-based care. Learners promote health and wellness across populations through preventative health activities, and collaboration within interprofessional and community contexts. Emphasis is placed on advocacy and service as expressions of professional leadership that promote health and education in the community, mentorship of others, and support the physical therapy profession.
