Foundational Sciences II: Gross Anatomy introduces DPT learners to the organization, function, and clinical relevance of human structures. Learners acquire anatomical and clinical terminology, identify and examine structures across body systems, and gain an introduction to diagnostic imaging. Emphasis is placed on recognizing anatomical relationships through cadaver dissection, models, and surface anatomy to support knowledge of human movement and its application to physical therapy practice.
