Professional Identity Formation II is the second in a six-course series introducing DPT learners to the foundations of professional identity formation as transformative leaders in physical therapy. Building on the concepts of self-reflection and professional growth established in the first course, DPT learners develop skills in intra-/interprofessional collaboration, including delegation, supervision, and communication within team-based care. Emphasis is placed on advocacy and service as expressions of professional leadership that promote health and equity in the community and support the physical therapy profession.
