Catalog description

A study of the branch of chemistry concerned with the application of the theories of physics to the study of chemical systems. CHE-326 focuses on the theory of gases, classical and statistical thermodynamics, and kinetics. Laboratory focuses on the application of the methods of physical chemistry to experimental measurements and data analysis and the solution of theoretical problems using computerbased and other methods. Three lecture hours and three lab hours per week.
