Catalog description

This course places the theology, history, and practice of the Roman Catholic celebration of the Mass in conversation with contemporary pastoral contexts. Students will gain familiarity with the ritual form and theological content of the Mass through close readings of primary and secondary theological sources. This course partially satisfies Marian-specific general education curriculum standards for faith, ethics, and foundations of thought.
