Therapeutic Exercise

Catalog description

Learners will be introduced to therapeutic exercise and data collection strategies used in the rehabilitation of individuals with varied health conditions. Instruction emphasizes evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health framework to support safe and effective implementation, progression, and documentation of physical therapy interventions within the physical therapist's plan of care. One lecture hour and four lab hours per week.
