This course prepares OTD students to lead occupational therapy programs through advanced business management, strategic planning, and policy analysis. Emphasis is placed on designing and implementing quality management systems, staff development plans, and data-driven improvements to enhance service delivery and organizational outcomes. Students will develop skills in financial oversight, reimbursement, and workforce leadership to drive sustainable, high-quality occupational therapy practice. The course fosters the ability to lead change and advocate effectively within complex healthcare and community systems.
