Catalog description

This course supports MOT students in refining their professional identity as occupational therapists at the culmination of their academic program and Level II fieldwork. Students engage in advanced reflection and self-assessment as they finalize and integrate their Professional Development Plan. Through exploration of core institutional values, they examine how these principles inform ethical practice, professional behavior, and therapeutic relationships. The course provides structured opportunities to reflect on fieldwork experiences, evaluate professional growth, and articulate readiness to enter the profession as emerging practitioners.
