Catalog description
This course focuses on the modern methods used in genomic science and how they are used to make discoveries about the structure, functions, and evolution of an organism's complete set of DNA. Topics will include-but are not limited to-the structure of genomes, the regulation and expression of genes, comparative genome evolution, and genomic medicine. Three lecture hours and three lab hours per week.
