Catalog description

This course combines didactic instruction with Level I fieldwork experiences to introduce students to occupational therapy practice. Students explore foundational OT concepts and apply them in real-world settings under supervision. Emphasis is placed on observation, professional behavior, and reflective practice to connect classroom learning with field experiences. The course prepares students to develop clinical reasoning skills and understand the role of occupational therapy across diverse practice environments.
