Catalog description

This course introduces students to the core components of the occupational therapy domain. Students explore occupations, contexts, performance patterns, skills, and client factors, and consider how changes in one area influence others. Real-life scenarios and case-based learning help students apply these concepts to practice. Emphasis is placed on therapeutic use of self, professional identity, and understanding how sociocultural factors shape service delivery.
