Catalog description

This course supports students in developing their professional identity as occupational therapists through reflection and self-assessment. Students explore core values and ethical principles to guide professional behavior and therapeutic relationships. Emphasis is placed on advocacy, including promoting client rights and advancing the profession. Students develop and implement advocacy plans addressing needs at individual, organizational, and systemic levels.
