As the culminating experience in the OTA program, this course emphasizes implementation and evaluation of professional development and leadership goals. Students apply self-assessment findings to refine leadership skills, identify growth areas, and develop action plans while evaluating progress, incorporating feedback, and reflecting on how personal strengths influence professional practice. The course also fosters understanding of ongoing professional responsibilities, research-informed practice, and the importance of self-reflection, adaptation, and lifelong learning.
