This course explores the principles of leadership, management, and service delivery within occupational therapy practice. Students examine evolving models of care, including telehealth, community-based, and value-driven approaches, with attention to regulatory, financial, and policy influences at the federal, state, and local levels. Emphasis is placed on understanding quality management principles, supervision strategies, and program evaluation processes that ensure effective, efficient, and equitable service delivery.
